Unfortunately, DSP does not have the capacity or funds to assist anyone individually. Please do NOT use the contact form to ask DSP for scholarships as sadly, we are unable to help in this way.
However, we do have a list of resources that might be helpful for you. Please take a look at the links below. If you spot any inaccuracies, or have information about scholarships for Palestinian students which are not listed here, please let us know so that we can keep this page up to date.
Dutch Scholars for Palestine has compiled a list of scholarships for Palestinian students who are thinking about studying in the Netherlands. We have also created a list of fellowships and grants for Palestinian researchers and professionals who would like to work in the Netherlands.

the Gazan Humanitarian Scholarship - UK
Leeds University offers scholarships for citizens of Gaza who have been displaced since the 7th of October and are living in a different country (outside of the UK). The scholarship can be used for both bachelor and master degrees. Applications for the scholarship are open now.
Humanitarian Scholarship for students fleeing conflict - UK
University College London offers scholarships for master students who have been displaced due to armed conflict. Applications for the scholarship will open in February 2025.
The Dima Alhaj Scholarship - UK
The University of Glasgow offers scholarships to Palestinian Nationals in honour of Dima Alhaj. The scholarship is open to those who are living in or have been forced to leave the State of Palestine due to humanitarian reasons. Applications for the scholarship will open soon.
Gaza Scholarship Initiative for Displaced Students - US
The Center for Arab American Philanthropy established the Gaza Scholarship Initiative in honor of Dr. Refaat Alareer. Due to the high volume of applications, they are temporarily paused. New updates are expected in January.
Palestine Crisis Scholarship Scheme - UK
This Oxford University scheme provides access to higher education to students displaced by the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the West Bank through the provision of full graduate scholarships. The deadline for application is the 4th April 2025.
Displaced Palestinian Student Bursary Program - canada
Alberta University provides funds for admitted students holding citizenship of Palestine, wanting to pursue a full time undergraduate or graduate degree. The application for the 2025-2026 academic year will open in early 2025.
Palestinian students at risk - canada
The Palestinian Students & Scholars At Risk (PSSAR) initiative has launched a scholarship for recent graduates in Gaza who wish to pursue their research based postgraduate studies. Applications are open until April 1st 2025.
Gaza student support network - worldwide
GSSN helps rebuild human capacity in Gaza by connecting students with universities, delivering vital online programs, and advocating for institutional pathways that expand educational access and opportunity. GSSN offers online programming and one-on-one counceling, and connects students with the case-specific resources they need to meet institutional requirements.
Foundation for refugee students AUF - Netherlands
If you are a Palestinian applying for asylum in the Netherlands or a Palestinian holding an asylum permit in the Netherlands, and you want to study, you can click on the link below for information regarding costs and support.
Global MIT At-Risk Fellows Program Palestine - Us
The Global Massachusetts Institute of Technology At-Risk Fellows Program expands to invite Palestinian scholars. Palestinian fellows, currently either in Palestine or recently displaced from Palestine are eligible to apply. Applications are due by January 27, 2025.
The Palestinian Scholarship Initiative - Singapore
The Palestinian Scholarship Initiative (PSI) invites eligible Palestinian students whose education has been disrupted by conflict to pursue an undergraduate or master's degree in Singapore. Applications close on 30th March 2025.
Phoenix space leap higher scholarship - UK
Phoenix Space offers various emergency programs to support Palestinian students in accessing higher education. Their current scholarships are: Orion (for university students), Interstellar (for university students), and Launchpad (for grade school students). Application deadlines vary.
LUTFIA RABBANI SCHOLARSHIP TO ATTEND LEIDEN UNIVERSITY- NETHERLANDS
The Lutfia Rabbani Foundation is offering a scholarship to study a Master’s program at Leiden University for Gazan students in collaboration with the Leiden University Fund. This opportunity is available for post-graduate students either inside or outside Gaza. Applications are due by March 31, 2026.
The Dr Maisara Alrayyes Scholarship - UK
King's College London has launched ‘The Alrayyes Scholarship’ in honour of Dr. Maisara Alrayyes. This scholarship is designed to provide Palestinian students with a Postgraduate Master’s Degree in a health or health science subject. Applications will open in early 2025.
